Whether you are planning to attend one of our reputable educational programs, renting the center for weekend use, or celebrating a special event, food selection will be an important part of your decision making process. McKeever Environmental Learning Center has a variety of menus designed to meet the needs of all our users.

The McKeever Culinary staff is pleased to welcome you to McKeever Environmental Learning Center. We have provided exciting and varied menu options for you to choose from. In addition to the listed selections, we will work with you to accommodate any special requests.

Guaranteed Count

At the time of the menu selection, information on the date of the event, number of guests, arrival and departure time, and times of meals will be discussed. A guaranteed count is imperative 72 hours prior to the event. This is the number for which your group will be billed. If there is an increase in the number of guests, you will be charged for the additional costs.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the event to insure that no charges are incurred.  If cancellations are made after the deadline, your group will be responsible for all costs.

Refreshments will be available only at scheduled meal times unless arrangements have been made in advance.  All Academic user groups are responsible for dining room clean up, which includes stacking chairs, folding tables, and sweeping the floor.

Special Events

The McKeever Center is prepared to meet your need for those special occasions which call for a more formal affair.  Our dining center provides a warm, intimate atmosphere that will assuredly enhance your meal.  China, glassware and linens can be provided for sit-down-style and buffet meals as a part of your conference or event.
